In the short teaser posted on the show’s official Weibo account, viewers can sense a dark, mysterious world. As Zang Hai speaks, his voice hints at hidden secrets lurking behind every corner. The trailer then shows Zang Hai’s troubled past. We see a younger version of him losing his family, pushing him to seek revenge. Zang Hai Zhuan centers on Zang Hai, the son of an imperial astronomer official. As a child, he witnessed the brutal murder of his entire family. Determined to find out why this happened, he escapes and trains himself in various skills, including warfare. Ten years later, he returns, aiming to work within the palace.
