Luna is still in a coma, and Ale, as he has been doing for the past few days, reads her comic stories by her bedside. This time, the story is about Dr. Amin, a doctor who suffers from severe hemophobia. Despite being a doctor, Amin faints at the sight of blood. During his internship, he managed to enter an operating room but fainted while trying to stitch up a patient, only then realizing the extent of his condition. After this incident, he began to practice by consuming pig’s blood and red drinks, but with no success.
Amin’s cousin, Xiao, is a cosmetic surgeon with a small clinic, currently researching breast augmentation. While eating at Xiao’s clinic, Amin gets a nosebleed and still faints at the sight of blood. Xiao believes this method won’t help. Hong Jie, who sells chicken rice, had a breast augmentation at Xiao’s clinic but found one breast hard and one soft, repeatedly confronting Xiao for compensation. When Hong Jie arrives again, Xiao hides, leaving Amin to deal with her. Accidentally, Amin helps her, diagnosing her with possible breast hyperplasia and advising her to go to a hospital, even providing contact information for a doctor there. Hong Jie is grateful.
At night, Situ Xiong and Scar plan to rob a jewelry store. They break in, and Hong Jie’s husband, a security guard at the store, fights back, only to be shot dead by Scar. Situ Xiong is severely injured in the scuffle, and Scar, seeking medical help, encounters Hong Jie who directs them to the nearby clinic. Xiao is terrified seeing a blood-covered man barging in, but with Scar’s threat, he calls Amin for help.
Amin arrives but faints at the sight of blood. Situ Xiong, pointing to his pocket, reveals sunglasses which, when worn, stop Amin from fainting. However, lacking surgical experience, Amin’s hands shake with the scalpel. With Scar threatening them with a gun, and Xiao’s assistance, they manage to stabilize Situ Xiong, urging him to go to a hospital. Scar then plans to kill them both to cover their tracks, but Hong Jie intervenes with a kitchen knife, avenging her husband. In the chaos, Situ Xiong shoots Hong Jie in the chest.
Scar dies from blood loss, and Situ Xiong, disregarding everything, shoots Xiao in the leg, forcing Amin to drive him to the dock. On the way, another shot at Xiao forces Amin to insist on going to the hospital first, leading to a confrontation where the car crashes. Amin threatens to throw the stolen goods into the river if Situ Xiong doesn’t agree to hospital first, but Situ Xiong dies from his injuries.
Now free from his hemophobia, Amin helps Xiao to the hospital. Later, at the police station, Ale, with evidence from the dock, confirms Amin’s story, saving him from accusations of murder. Hong Jie, saved by her breast augmentation, also vouches for Amin’s character.
Ale finds the situation increasingly bizarre, wondering how a stranger could predict and solve crimes related to him.
